nostalgic for the home kitchen – try this place

by

It is said that a kitchen is the heart of the home. It is where we fuel our bodies, work, gather together, entertain and hang out. This multi-purpose and highly utilized room is easily the most central part of any house. With comings and goings throughout the day, it is a happy hub.

If this feels nostalgic, it is because we have forfeited these routines for the nomadic mobility hectic schedules demand. Thankfully, the familiarity of chilling out in the kitchen exists at Morning Brew.

Morning Brew welcomes us and invites us to feel at home in their extended kitchen. Encouraging community, their  “Come one, come all” philosophy extends past the perk of free wifi. More than just a coffee shop we find the folks here downright neighborly.

And just like the cooks in our families, Morning Brew takes care of our welfare by offering wholesome food.  Locally sourced and organic, they use vegan and gluten free friendly ingredients with no sacrifice to taste. Morning Brew is sensitive and considerate of special dietary needs and preventing cross contamination, they employ best practices to ensure that every meal is a positive experience.

We really regret eating healthy today… said no-one ever.

As we prepared this post for publishing, we found that the chicken curry salad was calling us.  Dropping everything to cruise over to Morning Brew for lunch we had the good luck to come across POW! WOW! Hawai’i  prepping to paint Morning Brew’s Kakaako exterior wall.  Not that we needed one more reason to return to Morning Brew this week but we have one. We want to go on Wednesday to follow the progress on their new mural!
