The 20th Annual Pacific Island Arts Festival held in Kapi‘olani Park that offers guests the opportunity to enjoy more than 75 Hawai‘i artists who display their work for sale. Admission is free and there will an entire weekend of demonstrations by artists, some of whom offer guests the chance to create their own artwork and take items home. There will be wonderful music and hula, some great shave ice, and on Sunday there will be the Lion Dancers of Au’s Shaolin Society to help artists and guests bring in the Chinese New Year. The festival is located directly across from the entrance to the Honolulu Zoo at the Diamond Head end of Waikīkī, the festivities will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Come celebrate the arts of Hawai‘i.
