We’ve been a little quiet at Aloha Holoholo but not in our personal lives. We both decided to downsize and have been busy looking for our new place. Buying and selling homes in Hawai‘i requires lots of patience  and we’ve been at it for months. The market here is like no other in the United States. There are million dollar knock -down properties as well as homes that are breathtaking. In between those two extremes is the search for the needle in the haystack.
